Common questions about switching from Procore

My GC requires Procore. Can I still use Leviathan Built?

Yes. You keep using the GC's Procore project for whatever they require. Your own bidding, estimating, job costing and crew hours run in Leviathan Built. The two systems don't connect, so anything the GC needs in Procore is entered there.

Is Leviathan Built cheaper than Procore?

Our price is public: four months free, then $50 a month for your company. Procore doesn't publish a price. Its fee is set by product and by your annual construction volume, so get a quote to compare.

What does Procore do that you don't?

Plenty on the general contractor side, such as owner reporting and model coordination. If that is your daily work, Procore is the better fit.
