Leviathan Built ("we", "our", "us") operates the Construction Manager mobile application and web platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When your employer sets up your account, we store your name, employee PIN, and hourly rate. For administrative users, we store email addresses and passwords (hashed, never stored in plain text).

Location Data

When you clock in or out of a job site, we collect your GPS coordinates to verify you are at the designated work location. Location is only captured at the moment of clock-in and clock-out — we do not track your location continuously or in the background.

Photos

The app may capture photos during clock-in for verification purposes, and allows you to upload site photos for project documentation. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users within your company.

Time Records

We record clock-in and clock-out timestamps, break durations, and associated project information for payroll and job costing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

To verify employee presence at job sites
To calculate hours worked for payroll processing
To document job site conditions and progress
To provide construction management services to your employer

Service Improvement and Aggregated Data

We use information you submit to the Services — including project, time, document, and content data — to operate, secure, debug, and improve the platform. This includes generating aggregated, de-identified statistics and training the machine-learning and AI-assisted features the platform offers (such as document drafting, receipt and invoice extraction, and the in-app assistant). Aggregated and de-identified data does not identify you, your employer, or your projects, and is not shared in any form that would allow re-identification.

Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with authorized users within your company (supervisors, payroll administrators, project managers). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Services. Each processes data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and may not use it for its own purposes:

Cloudflare — application hosting, content delivery, database, and photo storage
Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and billing
Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery (welcome messages, password reset, notifications)
Anthropic — large-language-model processing for AI-assisted features; only the prompts and content you submit to those features are processed by this provider

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Photos are stored in isolated, tenant-specific storage. Each company's data is strictly separated from other companies on the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your employer maintains an active account. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your employer or by reaching out to us directly.
