Yes. We render the standard G702 (Application and Certificate for Payment) and G703 (Continuation Sheet) layouts as PDFs, populated from your live data — schedule of values, this period work in place, materials stored, total earned, retainage held, less previous payments. The GC sees the document they're expecting.
Retainage is set per project (or per line if you negotiate that way) and tracked across every draw. The system surfaces total retainage held, the release schedule, and final-payment status. When the GC releases retainage, it flows into AR like any other receivable.
Materials stored on site (or off site with appropriate documentation) are billed separately from work in place on the G703. Our system pulls stored-material values from supplier invoices you've received but not yet installed — that way the pay app reflects real materials, not estimated ones.
Yes — each contract has its own schedule of values and draw history. Multi-prime situations (where you're billing different GCs for different parts of the same site) are common in commercial work and the system handles them as separate contracts under one master project.

Approved COs add line items to the schedule of values automatically — they show up in the next pay app as billable. Pending COs are tracked separately so you can see anticipated revenue without inflating current billing.
The glued-together stack works, but the schedule of values still gets rebuilt manually from your estimate, the supplier-invoice / stored-materials link is missing, and your job costing has to be re-derived in QB after each draw. Native pay apps eliminate all three handoffs.
