A stucco bid isn't one line item.

It's lath + paper + scratch + brown + finish + texture — each with its own material, productivity, and labor mix. Generic estimating tools collapse the whole stack to "stucco $/SF" and you bid the wrong number on the first VE pass. When the GC asks to swap conventional three-coat for a one-coat system, the spreadsheet has to be re-keyed line by line.
